AI plays a big part in enhancing the interactive experience in our daily life. Recently, I was looking for a live chat plug-in service for my website. I found this can help the before-sale FAQ for the customers, which can potentially increase sales. Throughout the research, the live chat in today’s development is already transformed into an AI chatbot. It surprised me that we as online sellers can now provide 24/7 service.

I loved this class content! AI is something we study in my area of Health Informatics and I love talking about possible future uses for the technology.
I’ve interacted with 24/7 chat-bots like this quite a lot, the ones I find especially amazing are ones present when you call a bank, or other large cooperation – their vocal recognition nowadays is stunning! It seems that more and more these days I can be more specific with my request and not need to speak to a human – crazy!
I’m interested in how these kinds of predictive technologies will be incorporated into smart homes, but of course the concern that follows is data privacy, as this tech is from some large data distributor firms… I guess we shall see how that progresses!
